  • Shipping & Delivery

  • During this time items part of The Hyginic Line are taking about 15 days in production.

    At this time, Innerpeace ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Innerpeace ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    In stock items will ship next business day. Items in production take 2-3 additional business days. To find out when your item will ship call 1-800-949-7650 or email customerservice@innerpeacesheets.com.



  • International

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Innerpeace is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.



  • Return Policy

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Innerpeace reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

    You must call before you return or exchange any items. We have a general 30 day return policy if not satisfied. (Note: Shipping charge is not refunded.) Defective items are dealt with on an individual basis. Call us to discuss your specific issue so we can best suit your individual need.

    After 30 days unused product may be exchanged for a different color, or exchanged for different items if:
    1) the exchange amount is equal or greater then the original dollar amount.
    2) Product is unused in original condition.
    3) You pay for shipping both ways.

    *Custom work is nonrefundable, and cannot be exchanged.
    *Sale items may only be exchanged, and are valued at the sale price for the exchange.
